Conclusion: Das Menü im Le Bernardin war für mich das Beste der drei Dreisterner, die wir gemeinsam besucht haben. Die Qualität war durchgängig sehr hoch, die Gänge hatten klare klassische Wurzeln, hatten aber dezente moderne Einflüsse. Für Fischfreunde ist das Restaurant erste Wahl. Die Weinbegleitung war sehr gelungen. Mir fehlte aber ein bisschen der emotionale Faktor, denn das Gesamterlebnis wurde für mich durch die Lautstärke und die Betriebsamkeit sowie den eher geschäftsmäßigen Service etwas getrübt.
