New restaurant from Konstantin Kuntzsch

WÜRZBURG: Next Wednesday, Konstantin Kuntzsch and Florian Mack will open their new restaurant called MiZAR. Both are committed to using regional products: "Our aim is to offer our guests a piece of home by using mainly ingredients from the region. We don't want to offer traditional "Franconian cuisine", but rather convey the Franconian attitude to life," they say.

The offer is rounded off by an extensive selection of Franconian wines. The restaurant has an interior that both describe as cheerful and playful. The aim is to create an informal atmosphere for fine dining in a homely setting.

The restaurant will open Wednesdays to Saturdays. At lunchtime as a deli, with a sophisticated menu in the evening. Konstantin Kuntzsch had already announced that he wanted to remain true to his modern, minimalist style of cuisine. He achieved a star in the Michelin Guide at the Speiseberg restaurant in Halle.
