Cologne: Jamie Oliver is back on RTL Living: The cost of living is rising everywhere, and for many families that means saving money. But at least no one has to go without anything when it comes to food - as the celebrity chef impressively demonstrates in his brand new cookery series "Jamie Oliver - enjoy on a budget". There will be plenty of tips, tricks and clever recipes from 16 May 2024, every Thursday at 20:15 in seven episodes on RTL Living.
<p<p>Creative recipe ideas for barely more than one euro per portion and practical tips that viewers can adapt to their individual needs depending on the ingredients they have on hand, their preferences and their current life situation - that's the promise of Jamie Oliver's new cookery series "Jamie Oliver - enjoy at a reasonable price". The celebrity chef has not only come up with smart recipes, but has also thought about how to prepare them in an energy-efficient and therefore cost-effective way. For example, he shows how an excellent chilli can be prepared in the microwave and creates great dishes that are suitable for "meal prep" - i.e. save time and money by cooking ahead for several days.
<p<p>In each episode, Jamie invites a new guest and takes a look around the home kitchen of his respective sous chef. From Sri Lanka and Cyprus to Italy and India - his home visits promise even more inspiration for delicious and inexpensive recipes from all over the world. Ideal for copying!
RTL Living will show seven 60-minute episodes from 16 May 2024, always on Thursdays at 20:15 in a German premiere. The cookery series was produced by Jamie Oliver Productions, with Samantha Beddoes as Executive Producer, Katie Millard as Series Producer and Jamie Hammick as Series Director.
